You can easily check if they're obtainable by going to TUJ, checking how often the item is posted, checking the price, and checking the item lvl to see if it is original ilvl or scaled, if u only see original ilvl and high prices chances are its GFed

Any class can reset it using the method in the video. AFAIK rogues can no longer sap and kill one, the sapped one will still keep you in combat I think. Higher level rogues and hunters can vanish/feign death to drop combat.

I'll note that solo clearing to that point in the dungeon is much harder since everything scales now. I imagine guardian/resto druids can probably clear to there. Other classes with heals can probably do it. Otherwise you may want a high level friend to clear up to the defias mobs and then leave.

I usually solo up to the overseers on my 19 resto druid fairly easily, resetting now requires dying and running back, so if you just use heirlooms you dont lose durability.

I could have sworn I'd seen something on it being mentioned it was usable by 20s.

Guess not. >.<; Would be a royal pain to farm, anyway. It's bad enough every single one of the drops on this list has a solid 3-4 people sitting on the mob at all times now.
 
Can Evocator's Blade drop epic? It is kind of similar to the WC gloves, but has a chance to drop from multiple mobs in Blackfathom Deeps rather than one. It is the only Int+vers weapon I can find for my 20 shaman on alliance side.

No. No instance drops go epic.
 
Pretty sure there's a handful of other quest items.
 
Ogremind ring

doesnt and will not scale...to 20. Stayed ilvl 36 and lvl 31.

Which is retarded considering all the other items that drop from their own mobs DO scale down to your level. all the other random greens scale to your level 20/random level 16/18 whatever in arathi.
