so glorious stats and +1 to all stats on the bracers is only showing up as +3 stam and +1 stam when i unequip them? is that normal or am i missing something

Lots of enchants got nerfed in 8.1.5. All stat to chest enchants were nerfed, but glorious is still the best at +3. Stats to bracers used to give +2, but the tooltip said +1. This has been fixed so it properly gives +1.

Ahhh I understand now. I just checked - my rogue is getting both +3 agi and + stam as expected from the chest enchant. Same for the bracers. You should see the same on your characters - should be 3 primary stat and 3 stam.

I think originally it did, but they changed that a while back.
I just noticed that an agility enchant on my BoA cloak gave no agility to a strength class when equipped. Seemed odd.
edit- I was trying to see how much stealth gave at 29 and sent it to the closest one, and it didn't give either agi or dodge to the paladin but then gave both to a hunter I sent it to after. Didn't know it worked (or didn't work) that way.
