US 39 Community: The End and The Beginning

Well guys, it's been an incredible journey. I truly enjoyed meeting so many of you in game, and even a few outside it, but as they say all goods things must come to an end. And this is the end of an era.

Last night, as evidenced by our showing, the 39 community has largely moved on. I wish it were not so, as I have an unreasonable amount of passion for this bracket, but I will be stepping away from the game for awhile. I hope all of you continue to play, and if you remain subscribed to the game, I strongly encourage all of you, as many already have, to make a lvl 59 char and support that bracket. We are only splitting queues for a much larger and more vibrant community. I believe 59s are the future for everyone who wants something more than what 19/29s have to offer. If you are unsubbing, please consider making a lvl 20 char and support the Vet community. I personally will be making a lvl 20, as I still wish to play occasionally but no longer wish to pay, for the time being.

I hope that I left a positive mark on all of you, and that you are all better players and humans for it. I challenge everyone in this community to "Do something today to better others and yourself". -Leroy A. Petry, Medal of Honor recipient

This is not me quitting the game, as I will still be around, but I will not be able to invest the time into organizing like I once did. I look forward to seeing you all in the game, discord, and elsewhere!

Thanks for all the hard work you put in to making the 39 bracket awesome.

Sad but possibly true? I found out too late and missed out I am Dutchmaster from Muradin, 39 GF Warrior. I feel like we need to give 39' s a few more chances. Perhaps more than any bracket 39 was affected and many of us gave up on our 39's. I too have made a 19, and have always played the most on my 29 GF Hunter Runfoolrun (Thrall). My point is that , I haven't checked in for at least a week on the 39 situation, many others might not have. We absolutely Do have enough players it just needs organization and enough time for the others to get the word, let's try a few different nights and see which draw the most available people. Play the other brackets.... As will I, spread the word in those brackets looking for 39's. And ffs someone make a Android/Apple twink app where anyone can list their twinks, brackets and availability in each coming week, for gg outthink Activision.

If history is any indication, 39s will be back with some of the more glorious and invigorating revivals in twinking. Don't give up on the bracket, just focus on making some periodic wargame weekends every couple of months.

Agreed, anywhere is a good starting point... Make a 19 or 20 play have fun spread the word eventually the playing 39's will hear and the other brackets will role some 39's xp is so fast in puvs it's actually fun. Plus think of those epic 39 upgrades and drool.

I am still down for wargame nights. Just need a set night or nights.
