Which classes do you think lose the least @ 20 vs 29

I've noticed a lot of classes lose something pretty significant, like shadow mend for disc. In your opinion, what classes have the smallest difference between 20 and 29? At first glance, resto druid seems pretty obvious, only missing out on dispel and barkskin.

Kind of missing the point? I don't play the bracket, so wouldn't know what spells are crucial. Thats why I'm asking.
Barkskin and Dispel are huge and I believe resto druids get ursol's vortex at 28. It's still a really good class and spec to play but you miss out on quite a lot.

If you're looking for healers, resto shamans and mostly discs lose out on the least amount of any healer. No heals have dispel at 20

Resto druid only loses barkskin and ursols vortex. Two decent abilities that you can play without. The defensive BG potion can make up for barkskin and ursols vortex is so easy to avoid, not having it doesnt feel like much of a loss. In fact, I can think of one 29 resto druid I've even seen use it.

Resto shaman literally only gains healing wave, chain lightning and ankh at 29. None of which are a big deal for shaman, so I feel like they probably lose the least by staying 20.

And locks maybe? They get what... succubus? randoms are gonna break that CC anyway so the difference between 20 and 29 in pretty minimal there too.

lose the least?

Prob boom, sham, mage, hunter, mw monk, and hpal.

lose the most?

rDruids, rogues, warriors, warlocks

All are still really viable at 20 vs 29s tho.

Balance loses Entangling Roots, Remove Corruption, and Barkskin.

Marks loses Aspect of the Cheetah, Exhiliration, Bursting Shot, and Feign Death.

Arcane loses Counterspell, Prismatic Barrier, and Remove Curse.

Outlaw loses Ambush, Grappling Hook, Blind, and Riposte.

Fury loses Pummel and Heroic Leap.

Disc loses Power Word: Fortitude, Purify, Desperate Prayer, and Shadow Mend.

Nothing is absolutely gamebreaking, but it does suck losing out on shields, health regen abilities, interrupts, and gap-closers. A skilled player more than makes up for missing out on an ability or two though, so I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
