All my alts in Pandaria, but my main in Draenor.
Pandaria has the extra port to Ratchet for 10g, and the Dummy's can be hit at 20 for dps testing.
But for the most part, I'm happy to park my toon in Draenor. Can get to Pandaria easily enough if required from there.

Pandaria. As a highmountain I have a port to Broken Isles, and as a vet I have a port to Outland (or at least I will, if the toy ever decides to drop, haha), so my hearthstone can cover Pandaria <-> Draenor.

I still mostly use new dalaran. If you value your time little enough to have done the pet battle wailing caverns, the extra teleport to outside WC is still there.
