US Recognition is due.

For those whom are unaware, I'd like to take a brief moment to appreciate the 59 community for all of the hard work that's been contributed into keeping our bracket alive.
Going from completely inactive, to extremely popular in just a years time, is already a feat of its own; but the fact we've achieved wargames on a daily basis deserves some recognition.

I would like to thank everybody that participates in the 59 bracket for their activity and effort. We've truly come a long way, and I give credit when credit is due.





If you are in the market for a new bracket, please consider 59s! We are an active community that has been growing at an exponential rate. Once again, I applaud your contributions - this is what twinking is all about.

You’re right, recognition is due. The OP posted on blizz forums claiming to represent the twink community and saying that we requested they separate brackets again. So they separated brackets again, and now nothing brut 19/29 pop and they have long queues.

This is dead wrong actually.
I should have chosen my words more deliberately. In no way did I portray myself as the entire community, that is simply a misinterpretation on your part. If you've actually perused through my articles title and/or the first paragraph, you'd see that I use the phrases "my feelings", "contrasting opinion", & "my solution" almost immediately.
You'd also notice that I didnt request a bracket separation: I simply vented my thoughts & opinions on the bracket merge and shared my unpopular opinion, in a non-biased manner. Everything I said was both factual & logical, and if you believe for two seconds that blizzard actually makes decisions based on their consumers opinions, then you are extremely ignorant and uninformed.

I dont regret a single thing I said. I understand that not everyone twinks for the same reasons I do, but the thread was MY PERSPECTIVE. MINE*. Meaning I can voice my thoughts whichever way I'd like. For you or anyone else to perceive things differently is not my problem.

This thread also proves that everything I've said was true.
My claims were that we have the resources to make twinking competitive again - even with segregation. The thing is, players will actually need to make an effort in order to make my sayings correct.
I find the 59 bracket extremely admiral for coming together as the underdogs and finally making this game worth playing. I cant speak for anyone else, but the 5 or so wargames we do every night are MUCH, MUCH more enjoyable than the facepalm games we've grown accustom to.

Dividing the queues, and forcing us to coordinate events & synergize as a team has not only improved the health of our bracket, but I've made new friends along the way because of it. I am sorry that you feel the need to insult me for being bold enough to vent an unpopular opinion, but in this recent week, I've had plenty of people tell me that they enjoy this change.

I do not want our positive thread to be derailed. If you feel the need to insult me, or speak on these matters, tag me in an appropriate thread or message me personally. If you dislike the change, then be the change you want to see.

You presented yourself as a representative of the twink community, which was a lie. You represent only one babbling idiot who knows nothing but thinks he knows a lot - yourself. Once you present yourself as a representative of the community, you are presenting yourself as representing that community when you follow with suggestions.
Further, you’re an idiot to now say you’d do it again. Of course war games are still a possibility - it’s pick up games that died just like those of us who knew better said (yet you arrogantly disregarded when lying saying you represented us), and your lie may have contributed to there being no more pugs.

Just because you’re too stupid to realize you could ALWAYS wargame yet still have pugs doesn’t mean the rest of us are.

The second paragraph of my post was to both introduce myself, and display the level of dedication twink players may set - since endgame players are completely uninformed as to how in-depth twinking can be. I referred to myself as a "credible & relevant voice" in our community, because I am one. Whether you guys would like to admit it or not, I have contributed copious amounts of information to twinking, have exposed copious amounts of players to twinking, and have funded copious amounts of twink players. I am extremely well-informed and have every reason to consider myself as such. Not once did I say that I represent our community. Please read my post before you ignorantly make claims.

Any further comments regarding this will be requested for deletion. If you'd like to pursue this conversation, please find one of the multiple @threads directed towards me, or send a message and we'll settle this there.

Sadly for those of us who work during the wargame hours there is nothing left for us in this game. IMO, part of the fun was doing random bgs and seeing twinks on both sides.
