EU+US Any gear upgrades for 1 Twinks?

Nop, I'll try with a lvl 1 Goblin, but since lvl 1-5 quests seems to not scale to your lvl... T_T
 
I would assume Trolls can get the green item from the Proving Pit quest upgraded, but I tested it around 20 times and had no luck. I think upgrades might be disabled in starter zones. I'm not sure whether greens can upgrade or not though.

I think someone got epic bow from night elf starting area somewhere here on forums. But might have been from just outside the night elf starting area. I’ll dig around
 
I’ve gotten upgrades on second island of goblin zone.

Your right I've seen it too, although it proccd level 5 unsure if it's avaikavai at 1
