EU+US Since nerfs to Coastal Surge and Elemental Force, which 1h weapon enchant is best?

Especially interested in ele/resto shaman enchants post-patch, but also generally.

I've messed around with it and, sadly, I don't think it's terribly viable. It appears to have an internal cooldown of about 20 seconds. That said, the 15% reduced casting time debuff certainly has its appeal. Personally, I've found that Elemental Force still procs for the most damage the most often and should be your go-to for any DPS build -- I've tested it against Deathfrost, Fiery, Avalanche, and Spellpower at level 20. Spellpower, however, does come out as a strong option for healing since it's no longer overshadowed by the raw damage output of Elemental Force.

^ This is far superior to the nerfed elemental force. I was using it pre-nerf. It's underrated.

9 sp is like +4-5% dmg increase for 200 int twink, just try elemental force, queue random dungeon and check your dps meter. For vet twinks its damage scales 30 -> 51 in bg, so its even better.

You can't go wrong with flat sp. it's always gonna add to your throughput.

I still prefer ele force though.

If you're only counting damage, sure.

If you're a healer, +9 spellpower is the choice.

Coastal surge scales to 47-48 in bgs and can crit for 67 + the procc rate is still the same so it's still good. Atleast for fcing it's the still the best.
