Probably a pretty penny, but no more than 250k in my guess (even on better servers). A 19 version would be worth more, but theres a market for this. It's niche though, as I'd imagine only prot specs would want it.
 
Something strange happened to me today, I got a lvl 19 warrior at foreman thistlenettle outside of the deadmines... and ive gotten 2 blue foreman's leggings. However then he dropped thiS!! WTF.. Cold Iron Pick
Yes wowhead says it can only drop from the hogger in the stockades ... wtf.. and even though i killed him on a lvl 19 warrior.. it req lvl 20 and ilvl 26 like you would expect from stockades...... Please tell me if anyone else found something weird like this... thx

The secondaries on sparkproof destroy those tho, don't they? Don't think ilvl matters at all anymore...

The skeletons around him drop that, you probably just got one in your AoE loot. Apparently those skeles were the original ones to drop that item way back when, before cata? Then they changed it and stuck it in hoggers loot. Skeles still drop it.

Not stupid, I wondered the same. But yeah, the version that drops from the miners isn't the same as in vanilla.

I doubt it can too, just because it is boss loot as well.
 
Having to delete garbage green Sparkproof gloves from my inventory is so infuriating. My last epic I care about on alliance side is soothsayers... Wish me luck
