EU Since Bliz killed all twink BGs on EU except for the 20 bracket...

I'm thinking of resubbing for a month and making a 20 resto shaman and fury war, then unsubbing my main account for a very long time. What are queues like? And can you queue mercenary in this bracket?

How good is slither-scale set? What is the best way to grind it?
Can you apply enchant scrolls after your sub has expired?

I'd going engi / alch on both characters.

Beyond enchants, professions, and perhaps consumables (though generally I steer clear of them), are there any other items/gear I should specifically pursue? (Especially before sub expires)

I know a lot of shit has changed since the patch which is why I'm asking here rather than being fully reliant on the high quality guides available from people like @ohti . That's why I come asking for contemporary knowledge Thank you

a) EU - English Server. 1st day: 20 - 60 mins waiting for Starter Edition. 2nd day: ~ 10 mins and less for Starter Edition.
aa) Maybe... But I wouldn't know how to. Would save me going through more grinding. So Id be interested in that aswell.

b) Im goping to get some for my Paladin. Going to stick him to a 120, getting Legendary loot this way -> Mail-slither-scale set

c) edit: according to what I just read on this forum you can't. at least none that are of interest

d) Gloves for ' Glove Reinforcements ' . needs a lvl 60 char to apply
