News 8.1.5 Patch Notes...classic-MOP items from rares can upgrade now!

Weapons will obviously be the most important in lower level brackets for the +weapon damage. Interested to see the possibilities here... it’s a good thing I havnt done any additional quests since new zones became available with zone scaling... but fresh toons obviously have the most opportunity. Guess we’ll have to wait and see!
 
So dungeon drops can epic upgrade now? Even running through on legacy mode?

There will truly never be a reasonable BiS, but I guess you can just do as many quests as you can, especially now that all the classic quests are doable at level 20, and just grind as many quests as you can to hopefully get some good epics, if not wash and repeat. Seems pretty crazy, why must you fuck with something so sacred to wow, blizzard. The whole rng and timegating is getting really old, and that's why alot of us might enjoy lower level pvp to escape the constant need to grind better gear and upgrades etc, and now it's affecting all levels of play.

Me being the lazy git I am, has hardly done any questing on my 19's or 29's, except for a 19 Pala for the Ally only Ashenvale Gear, so I have a massive amount of RNG to fight through.

On a side note the Heroic WoD dungeon gear gets a nice iLevel boost - had an Epic Warforged Heroic chest drop @ i136, Enchanted it with Gloroius Stats copied the toon to PTR upgrades to i152 and is better than the Legion Zone gear due to the enchant ( on a 101 Ele Sham Twink )
 
Heh, "twinks" complaining about grinding.. what next..

I find this change quite exciting, after all twinking needed something to change to kick it out of its stale state.

I also feel blessed my only 19 is one that was from pre-cats so I should have all my quests avail.
 
I think one of the first things we need to figure out for certain is dungeon quest rewards. They seem to be a separate "group" of loot than open world quests and also separate from dungeon drops.

Can dungeon quest rewards proc epic?

Yeah if rare blue drops from dungeons or adds can upgrade, I'll be farming that sheeit
 
Are we 100% sure the upgrade is only on ilvl ?
Or also socket, speed, etc ?

I’m quite angry i farmed the sin’dorei sword for my 60, let’s try to ask a GM to be able to do again the quest ...
