Also most quests give the same slots and stats. So you got a lot of chances to get procs

I’m pretty out of the loop, but can you still glitch out and back a low level goblin? Then possibly even level 1s could have some epic slots

Every quest item level 5 or below has a ratio of 2 primary stats for every 3 stam. So at lvl 5 ilvl 17 everything scales 3/4, 3/5, or 5/7 depending on slot (chest/legs are 5/7, wrists are 3/4, and belt is 3/5 ect)
There are a few greens that have stats better than the pattern seen above, these are the quest items you should get before doing anything else on your char

I think I have an advantage in this .. never thought about it before .. I have to raise 15 toons to lvl10 every month, and have to delete them, for realm transfer purposes, and have to repeatedly do all those quests to reach lvl10, but have developed to complete each one real fast .. But I don't know what will it be good for .. Can they even survive in bg as a lvl10 ?
