i remember during cata(maybe wrath?) i caught a bunch of gold sellers dumping items from accounts they had hacked. always at like 3am-5am EST on weird mid-week days.. posted shit on AH for dirt cheap (mats, consumables, boes, anything that would sell) and also advertised in trade.
i felt bad enough for profiting off those getting hacked that i petitioned blizz asking if i would get in trouble. they said i was good to go, and to go after any good deals i saw. odd, but i didnt question it.

the reason why they do that is certain of their toons need to be removed asap .. you know these gold sellers had to buy many copies of the game per week lolol .. something to do with not letting blizz track them to their main account, their account gets ban all the time, 5 or 6 accounts per week per seller is common .. the gold sellers usually had one that carries gold .. another that transacts gold with the buyer .. or many more layers .. so they need to constant remove toons .. but they pay really cheap for their game .. i remember once seeing it in their 7-Eleven shops going for about $5 .. its not game time .. its the actual game .. cant remember if its in china or macau or hongkong, but whatever it is its still china

I had 4 pendulums of doom from bc to mop. In mop I sold my last one for 250k and bought the magical riding rooster, I never looked back.

It could probably fetch a few thousand but its value has probably dropped again now. Back in wod items scaled and Defias belt was bis between level 15 to 29, which caused it's value to skyrocket. After legion release it is now only a transmog again.

Still have mine, every once in a while I try to sell it but it never goes, need to try a different server maybe. Also need to see if my nax chant shoulders are still viable, kinda doubt it though.

You made the buyout 260k and the bid 26k lol, they are indeed still ilvl 33
25$ for a realm change to BH (ontop of the meaningless 20k you spent for the pants) only to not put the bid down correctly and lose them for 26k to Ebyo

I still have them in bank, one of the reason is that I took a 3 year break from WoW and I dont really want to, I had a chance to sell both of them at the end of Legion for 3.5m gold but I passed.
