29 Outlaw Rogue BiS?

Anyone have an itemset/armory/guide or w/e to show me the best gear required for Outlaw 29?

Bis is pretty subjective atm. I'd take a look at the armory thread and determine which stats you want to prioritize.

Typically i would suggest using quickblade items from bg crates or ah in most spots then use the heirloom neck, parachute/soulrender cloak, gnomer ring and AB belt/boots.

Is rogue even worth twinking at this bracket? I know outlaw is insane at 19, but I feel like rogues dont really gain a lot to their toolkit at 20/29 so would it be better just to twink at 39?
