In case you can't find anyone, farm https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=24393/bloody-surgeons-mitts&bonus=4194 from Blood Furnace heroic. With the expected 8.1.5 changes, they will be the closest thing to the crafted gloves you want. Same socket bonus, 4 less versa, 3 more stam.
If you are not dead-set on a versa item, https://ptr.wowhead.com/item=24450/manaspark-gloves&bonus=4194 will give you 3 more stamina, and 14 crit/7haste vs the 16 versa on the crafted item. Again, these will only be useful to you once 8.1.5 hits and their ilvl gets bumped.
I'm suggesting the above under the assumption you're twinking at 70, of course.
edit - and of course there's the SWP gloves that I assume you already know about.
