295 vs 300 azerite gear?

First off what azerite traits should a resto or balance druid be stacking? From what it looks like, resounding protection for ring 2.

Every piece I find with resounding protection though is only 295, how are people making theirs 300? Is it worth using a 295 ilvl vs 300 for resounding protection?

They will go to 300 as you level your neck.

The last azerite trait is always 5 ilvl
