So for 29s, I see that BG crate weapon is good, but also https://www.wowhead.com/item=2877/combatant-claymore is a really good choice. You can obtain this by killing the rare in RFK (he's up every single run), as he guarantees a blue drop every single time he's killed.
Edit- make sure you kill this rare on a level 29 so it properly scales
That weapon you linked in this current state of the game isn't very good compared to either BG crate or what I had linked above.

The wep is fine but it's not BiS. Blue BG crate or Claymore as stated above. Probably Claymore as ret.

That sounds terrible. Even if you wanted that extra few strength. Golden Iron Destroyer is a much better choice. Given same primary stats, but 34 iLevel and more weapon damage.

The pacifier is supposed to be getting buffed from what i was told to a ilvl 35 item with 16str and 5 stam at lvl 29
