Addons for Healers

Default bg frames with mouseovers or ur a try hard crutching on addons

Omnibar is great, it allows you to see interrupts and if customised you can track pretty much any cooldown you want. It can get crowded in a battleground so stick to only interrupts or stuns to save your UI.

As others have said: use mouseover macros.
This allows you to just hover your mouse over a target frame when activating an ability to put it straight on them without having to target them directly.

Omnibar is pretty sweet, not gonna lie. Makes it super easy to know when you got off a successful fake cast or when that next pally stun is coming. Probably the only addon I've used that actually makes the job easier, rather than just cleaning up my UI.

Below is a screenshot from one of my previous broadcast. The addon that I'd like to bring to your attention is "NameplateCooldowns"

This addon allows you to see every cooldown that the enemy target (and all other targets) have currently used. As you can see, the shaman I am targeting has used Astral shift, wind shear, PVP trinket, Wolfs, and capacitor totem. It also shows the timers for every cooldown, so you know when they are usable again.
This is a very important addon for healers, because you'll be able to anticipate kicks easier, juke kicks easier, predict dispels for CC, so on, and so fourth. You can also chose which abilities you'd like to show above their nameplate: If you only want a PVP trinket and a kick to show, you can filter it to just that.

Another addon that I highly suggest is "Battlegroundenemies"

This addon displays character frames for all* enemy players (I also have it set to alliance as well. bit OCD) and if you look at the shamans nameplate, you'll see that he is currently silenced for 3 seconds because I just used counter shot.

These are personally, my 2 favorite addons for Battlegrounds & highly suggest you take advantage of them.
But like @Sanit said, the best thing you can do for yourself is use the wow-raidframes & mouseover macros. If you aren't farmiliar with mouseover macros (or other PVP macros) I made a simple, easy to comprehend guide for just that.

NameplateCooldowns is one that I recommend. Around this level there aren't many CDs for it to track, so it doesn't fill your screen that much.

I also run with DeCurse, more for the sound alert it gives you when someone is debuff. Again, there aren't many debuff this level, so this doesn't clutter your screen (but it can be tweaked to show only some debuffs).

Finally, I would recommend GladiatorISA (I think). This one adds a voice that tell when relevant spells have been use by enemies (like Kick, Pummel or Poliform). If you don't tweak it, it will be very unpleasant in battlegrounds (many people using spells at the same time), but it is very useful in Arenas.

To an extend, NameplateCooldowns and GladiatorISA do the same thing, and they will be very helpful in telling you if fakecasted successfully.

^THIS

But seriously, Healers Have to Die/ HHTD is a must. It will allow you to prioritize top healers so you can interrupt/pressure them. I can't count how many fights I've won just by Wind Shearing/Psychic Screaming top enemy heals
