I can't confirm, but I'd have assumed all weps scaled up would work.

They work, for warriors I've found that it will not proc when your sword and boarding unless in protection spec. So if you wanted to 1h/shield as arms to get a proc and then swap back to a 2h it doesn't work. This might change but couldn't get it to work.

Works for rogue in sub and combat. Might actually be BIS mainhand for combat. Offhand procs on white hits with offhand only as far as I can tell, mainhand is much much more reliable.

yeah, offhand weps with proc abilities will only proc off of autoattacks, whereas theyll proc off of abilities and autos when used in mh
