Eh whatever, mostly greedy shitters who are more concerned about inflating the auction house rather than supporting the community in this sub now anyways.
Back to the point....We want to harp on weapon swapping and GF’d gear being banned from the tournament but I’m a beta bitch for pointing out a certain racial triple stacked that is “largely overpowered” right now in lower brackets. Don’t ban the race but don’t turn your head at the fact that this is a major issue when triple stacked

Eh, I wouldn't go quite that far for all races. I would say that only should apply to the new allied races. Double or triple night elf isn't something anyone would be worried over.

@Chops @Sanit do you guys know if your going to be still trying to get this tourney going? I understand if you guys arent, but a lot of people are just wondering, people are excited to play in some kind of tourney. If you guys aren't able to at this time, just let us know and we can try to set up a small scale tourney or something for a bit of fun!

Haven't heard from Sanit since the holidays but it's been pretty busy for me since the new year. And I assume for him too.
I'm definitely still down to organize it. Though looking at some of the item and enchant nerfs coming in 8.1.5, I'm genuinely pretty interested in waiting till after it drops.

I agree with this. I am working on a backup plan in case sanit's tournament does not happen. Either way, we should set it for a couple/few weeks after 8.1.5 at the earliest to test out the changes and see what's what. Hopefully we hear something from sanit soon, so we can get something announced to the community and get more people queuing arenas

That’s the problem with playing arenas. They are inherently unbalanced.
If people want to play with so many damn restrictions why not play/have a tournament with Trials (F2Ps) with zero restrictions and be done with it.
Hell, F2P are restricted accounts. Just have a tournament by playing with F2P restricted toons with practically no class/racial/specs restrictions(except for F2P ones).
