Id start playing my 59 again if they finally nerfd ramstein. That absurd trinket really warps the bracket
 
It appears that the hidden spellpower modifier for wraiths has been removed, still scales with versatility but it looks like even with BiS proc will be close to 200 now. However the runeblade of rivendare for retribution paladins is still unchanged for those wondering

there is already a 40% dmg reduction in effect vs dps and healers except for tank specs. (only for pvp situations, compare your dmg to pve targets and you will see). The tru winners are the healers. After all the good on proc/use items for dps are smoothed out/nerfed the healers which already benefited loads from the 40% dmg reduction modifier will have an even easier time healing. That said most hybrid specs had their offhealing nerfed in 8.0(I think?) while many pure healing classes had their healing increased in 8.1.

PS: regarding Ramstein my advice is simply to either/and: stop using rammstein / report it for a nerf.
