EU+US Allied Races in 10-19 bracket pt.2

I'm sure a few people already know about this but I'm about to blow this story wide open and confirm that YES... We CAN now race/faction change to Void Elf/Lightforged Draenei/Dark Iron Dwarf as Alliance and also Mag'har Orc/Highmountain and Nightborne as Horde whilst under level 20!

I am not completely sure whether this is an intended change because I don't read anything that blizz puts out these days so I guess just do it while you can! :)
 
Can anyone actually confirm whether a person will have their character dinged to 20 in a hotfix or something, because it could completely fuck a grandfathered twink if they changed.
 
They aren't allowed to ding you, that violates their EULA, they are allowed to make changes to account security, etc. But not your characters itself since you pay for having them and that'd be illegal.

It all comes down to your opinion, I went void elf on my rogue because I like the extra mobility and they look a lot cooler imo.
I’d suggest rogues to go void elf, for the extra mobility rather than a “burst CD” it’s all opinion as I mentioned earlier.

If by illegal you mean you have no idea what you are talking about, then yes.
