Why are all my twinks go up after 8.1? Was there a change to base stats?

Mean while health pools in the 80-89 bracket just got nerfed by as much as 2k health.

I was wondering why my rogue has 1720 hp now. I was baffled because all the gear seemed to give the same stats at first glance.
[doublepost=1544652930,1544652860][/doublepost]So.....didn't locks get a 10 percent HP increase as well? I logged onto my lock and I can't find where it says it. If so this combined with the stamana boost for everyone could result in some cool drain life locks.....

After doing some testing my results are.
Pre 8.1 lvl 80 DPS/Healers received 18 Health per point of Stamina and Tanks received 17 Health per point of stamina. After Patch 8.1 DPS/Healers and Tanks at lvl 80 receive 15 Health per point of Stamina. In battlegrounds the scaling remains the same as it was pre 8.1 in the 80-89 bracket.
