After all those bug reports....

Get on ur chars, equip em, test and see for urselves.

Took a few mins to get the attack power one to proc on my druid.

the amount it procs seems like it might not be worth it(ap one testing atm)

Edit: Srry guys, jumped to conclusions too soon....apparently its just the Attack Power one that works.

I just tested the egg and stopwatch for like 5 mins straight. no procs.

someone test venomstrike if that shit procs it might be bis w/ incend ammo enchant

destiny does not proc also tested freezing band that too isnt working
