i know these are 28s so yall might find these unlrelated but i'm also interested in items scaled to 20 in general

CONFIRMED ilvl 28s still drop in BFA

the guy that got it to drop is level 22 though if you look at my target

does this mean us veterans are going to have to make level 22 twinks now to farm these? might be interesting

I've heard of +8 dropping post BfA, but good to know we have evidence of it dropping for 20s as well. Although, I don't see why it wouldn't. Thanks for the confirmation though, @ohti.

P.S. Second instance of that cloak in a few days though.

yeah haha

everyone I've talked to about post BFA 28s has told me they haven't seen one drop since legion. Even the randoms we've messaged that post them on the AH say they dropped for them in legion. So there was some speculation that they were GFED I think.

When I saw this drop though I was quite excited. But my question still remains... 22 twinks anyone? xd

Yeah, the level 44 who told me about the 40/48 that dropped for him got it a month ago, so well within BfA era.
 
Dno shitt's so busted, killed/looted 60k mobs on 4 chars "240k in total", 3 lvl 10-19s where 1 of them had active sub and locked exp other 2 f2p with unlocked xp.

0 blues on the 3 low lvls combined, 35 blues on my high lvl//110 ))

Assume its just open world boe farming thats fked and it works all g in instances since i had a req 22 ilvl 30 weap on my 19 in gnomeregan "same char as i used for wetlands/open world farming"

Some person posted ss of ilvl 23 magefist on a 19 in that section not long ago either "from shadowfang keep"

Other open world areas i roughly looted 1k elites on a lvl 19 60+ greens 0 blues "with a active sub"

Apologize for atrocious grammar errors and or if i caused anyone eye cancer
