How to go about stat weight to min/max?

Hey all! Need some help to min max my warlock for Island expedition.
Here it is : https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/malganis/Barleysalad
I'll be done gearing him tomorrow. Just missing cloak emchant and belt buckle i think?

Anyway, i can run IE's well enough (3:30 - 4:30) but now im looking to min/max with mythic antorus. For exemple, i just got this 260 titanforge cloak with crit mastery. It. Would be - 24haste but +24 crit +13 int. How would you guys go about those kind of choices? Could it be possible to add a custom stat weight from simcraft to pawn? I dont know how to do it since its not about ST dps but just about boosting your dots right?

Thanks!

Edit: im not home to test it but is it ok to assume that if I sim for single target and compare the total damage of each dot that it would be a good representation of the dot damage during IE's? I wont be able to get an accurate stat weight to work with pawn but ill just need to sim each pjece separately which isnt that big of a deal

Edit2: simcraft shows the DPE (damage per execution) of each spell.

Are you dot/pulling? I'd assume intel and mastery are primary, with crit and then vers being second and third. Haste would just be a waste of stats unless you spend a lot of time killing the high health silver elites.

As lock you run around with ~185% IMS using corruption on everything and unloading your inevitable demise stacks on rares to kill em with 1 drainlife, it's one of the fastest class for islands.

Mastery & haste are definetly top 2 stats, mastery probably pulls slightly ahead for dot dmg but haste also gives you faster global cooldowns, faster ID stacks, faster drain lifes, and faster seeds of corruptions to dot those dozens of weak mobs instead of wasting dozens of globals.

So Haste > Mastery > everything else afaik.

But you seem to already know that according to your armory. Coulndt help you weight int vs mastery but im sure you can find a way to sim something similar to islands. Hope you get lots of socket pieces, so good at 111!

I'd also go with https://www.wowhead.com/item=161021/soaring-slateclaw-gloves&bonus=4777:1502 and https://www.wowhead.com/item=161019/dread-vulture-waistcord&bonus=4777:1502 as the 5% movement speed beats any other stat you could get from those slots, and they also happen to give haste!

yes I find haste to be very beneficial especially with GCD reduction since I run so fast and in 8.1 I'll need to use agony even more because of the inevitable demise nerf.
Thanks for the idea of the 5% speed buff. I just got them both first try :)

I can see that 50% movespeed comes from the Burning Rush talent and 10% comes from Sephuz, but where's the other 25% from?

Bear tartar adds another 18% ish. Plainstridder azerite trait x 2 = 8% (only helm and chest with inevitable demise and longstridder)

But thats still not 185%. How do you do it?

Base 100%
Burning Rush 50%
Tartare 18%
BfA gloves/waist set 5%
Rest was a mix of vampiric speed & speed on gear. There's also the 2% speed enchant on cloak, grandfathered on legion gear but can still be used on old socketed cloaks, good at 111. Then there's also sephuz and chronoshard procs, so your average speed is actually above ~185%, hence the ~.

I've been testing boot enchant and cloak enchant. They don't work anymore? I'm sitting at 164% with no proc at the moment
