If you're looking for them, best bet is to come to bleeding hollow, play with us and farm, people on our server are pretty much the only ones who farm it the right way (2 groups of 4) and farm it constantly

We have lots of people on all day long and farming in the afternoon. We have 3-4 with brewmaster monks for the farming spots and multiple people from different timezones that line up better with afternoon NA times
