Best way to obtain Mystic's Wrap?

Looking for the base version (req L18) as it is bis for priests.
Im currently grinding mannaroc lashers and demons in ashenvale, because wowhead says it has the highest drop chance from them, but im wondering if SFK clears+3 chests per run is a better way.

BFD clears would be better but at 19 im not sure i could solo it. I searched these forums a lot for a definitive way to farm it but couldnt find anything.
 
chests does not scale, so you can farm them with a high lvl

BFD is 20+ yet supposedly the chests can have Mystic's Wrap in them, which is 18+.

I believe the World Zones that are listed on the map requiring a minimum level of 15 might yield the best results for Un-scaled BoEs found in Treasure Chests that will have a level requirement of 15-19. Ashenvale, Hillsbrad Foothills, and Redridge Mountains come to mind. But you may still loot it in the Zones and Dungeons that require a minimum level of 20, will most likely encounter more items requiring level 20+ though.

Out in the world chests is a good idea for unscaled blues but not greens.

On topic: ya bfd is probably your best bet.
