Current 8.1 PTR notes?

Was more a general outcry to Blizz xd I just want assass (or sub) to be slightly viable at 19 as I am quite bored of outlaw.
been playing sub for a coupple of weeks now, gotta say its growing on me. And I have alot more fun with that, than outlaw.

I reckon if they made sprint usable in the 19 bracket that would make them more viable, was sad when I clocked on that I couldn't use sprint on my 19 rogue.

Wanted to see arcane mage damage go down a pinch :p . Sad to see aim shot lose the burst I'm going to miss those big crits :(
I don't even play hunter @ 19 but I'd be content with hunters getting the aimed shot use whilst being able to move, for the sacrifice of a 1sec increase in cast time, the idea of a static hunter unable to kite kinda urks me.

Man they really need to bring back more complex moves
Say the aim shot thing they could make it shoot on the move for 50% less damage or if you stand still while casting the full duration it deals like 300% dmg or smth

This. There needs to be more and/if's to spice it up.

Well if arcane shot does more damage you won't even use aim shot. And steady shot making the slow duration go up means you spam those 3 skills while kiting.
But that should be a standard toolkit of a hunter, it gives people the opportunity to express their own skillsets to counter that, a slow is nothing on a druid, so there's a counter immediately.

Could someone explain the new patch notes to me lol.. Ever since i returned i was following them like normal till i came across one that specifically stated dmg increase/decrease against other players. Which I don't remember seeing before i took a break. Do we ignore all class changes in the patch notes besides ones with a pvp note or under the pvp section?

No, they will specificly state which changes are PvP only. Otherwise, it's a global change meaning both PvE and PvP is affected.

As someone who plays endgame arenas... thank fuck they are changing Priest’s Shield. Dumbest shit atm.

When weren't priest shields ever a problem? lol

I personally don't have it but I'm sure @notoriousthf could hook you up?
I posted the source, and yes it's from Wowhead. Last update to the list was October 23.

I only placed the notes relating to 19s. The rest of notes involve level 20+ skills, passives, Azerite talents and PvP talents which are unavailable.
