TLDR; OP needs ego boost on one of his old "tinks" and lies about knowing what is good or not to make people jealous.
 
Hey guys is +43 spell power any good or should I delete my character? I have the sergeant title but I don't know if I should make space for a bank alt. I heard epics don't proc so my deadmans hand is useless right?

Rogues are just not strong right now. And the few extra stat points you have on that guy don't make up for that. You would have to want to play him for some other reason.
 
I know this has been said already, however I am going to say it: great toon I like that it’s a dwarf. I think Stoneform is a good racial.

Where would you start? I'm new to the 39 scene at this point. I was pretty well geared way back when I made this guy. I knew Tidal Charm was long gone by now, and the head enchant, which I honestly forgot until right before I made the post.

I made the post to ask if it was worth it because you guys know better about this bracket. Obviously grandfathered enchants are awesome, but I posted in hopes of finding out if there was better available, even when considering the enchant.

For instance, is the higher main hand damage really better than a weap with agility?

My rogue was very close to your before I updated. With those GF'ed chants you can get to about 300ap with 3k hp. Here's my dorf rouge if you want to take a look.

As far as weapons go I prefer the 3.6 cudgel of narralex w/ landslide unless you want to faction for the Mok'Morokk's Headcracker. After testing almost every option the 3.6's give me the highest damage reading on ability tool tips.
