US Are the Ilvl 300 Archaeology Trinkets good for 110 twinks?

I have read that a lot of people say they are just to boost your ilvl but the effect sucks.

The effects are not great compared to most of the other available trinkets, the leech one at 110 is awful if you read the comments. The big chunk of Stam is okay if your wanting extra Health, but overall a poor choice.

They’re great for tanking if you wanna be an FC in PvP, but any trinket with str/Agi/int will be much better. My main use for them is M Antorus because the extra health definitely helps keep you alive a little longer.

The trinkets shouldn't be used on any class / spec. You only gain a bit of health but you will lose your primary stat and / or secondaries + a useful effect. Even a tank will lose survivability because of that.
