EU+US Docturphil's Complete 99 Legion Guide

now that pvp are no longer tie to ilvl, i am quite surprise all the profiles i'd seen do not use the ilvl136 trinkets from WOD (they are available at lvl87, but its extremely rare to find one) .. the correct version to use for lvl99 players is the lvl96/ilvl136, these trink can be bought off AH and they proc 10 sec of 265 agil, str, mastery, versa, haste at 0.92 per min (be aware that on some trinkets even though it says lvl96, it gives 261 instead of 265) .. you might want to consider them, the legion BOEs are no longer giving as much output as these WOD blue trinkets

most likely because no one plays 99s anymore.
 
you are right .. i stopped all my 99s years ago .. but i have this bad habit of constantly getting the updated gears
 
Do your old trinkets work?
I have been testing today some trinkets on PVP dummy and they don't proc at all/proc chance seems very low

https://www.wowhead.com/item=128024/stone-of-the-elements This one procs like a beast. Approx every 60 sec I got proc.

The dragonling does decent damage. In PvE he hits for ~500 and high lightning breath does like ~1500 damage. I believe it does less in PvP, but between that and the massive stat boost on it I'd say it's well worth it.

And this guide was made for Legion so it's a bit outdated since the stat squish. A lot of gear from Siege of Orgrimmar is now BiS.

Primary stats will net you more damage than any other stat. I'm not exactly sure how much more, but if it's a choice between 1 strength and 1 haste or whatever, always always choose strength.

I'd imagine 2 of a secondary stat is probably better than 1 strength. But again, I'm not really sure. And it probably depends on how much strength you have. There might be some formula that some nerds have come up with but I'm not sure. You might just have to do a little experimenting.
