It’s extremely expensive and tedious to make, farming it isn’t hard but it’s a long process, and not everyone has the pattern. I’d suggest asking around or running swp trash on a miner to learn to make it. Also are you a twinking around 70?

Yes, twinking at 70.
 
There is a dungeon you used to get etherum keys, for outland rep. Enter that one, the first ore you see should be Khorium bar, if it isn't leave, repeat once you get a Khorium. If you see one, run all the instance, its gonna contain only khoriums

Mana Tombs, there is usually 0-2 veins in one dung, can be farmed without aggroing bosses at heroic, dunno if it increases the chance for a Khorium vein tho

Oh believe me I know, I’m not even level 70 yet, I’m going to just do an hour or two of nagran laps a day until I got it, currently at 15/36 ore.
