Returning Player BiS Questions/Help.

Hey guys, haven’t played since cata, returning in a few weeks and been doing research. Gonna twink a level 70 rogue, what spec do you recommend? Now I have a gear list, I’ll name them and tell me if they’re still BiS please.
Dupliticious Guide
Harness of carnal instict
Demon tooth shoulder pads
Slayer bracers/boots
Cloak of unforgiving sin
Ring 1: Band of eternal champion
Ring 2 : hard Khorium band
Leggings of the immortal night
Don Alejandro’s money belt
Shadowed gauntlets of paraoxysm
What necklaces is BiS?
And then for weapons, do you recommend glaive oh, and crux mh?
Also what trinkets and enchants do you recommend? Thank you so much for helping. This is strictly for pvp, no pve, so I want BiS for pvp.

Most of those items are in fact bis, I’d suggest leveling jc for the HKC. And I’d suggest playing outlaw, the other 2 specs get boring fast. But if you are suggesting to play sub, then I’d use crux in main hand and unrequited in off hand

And if I play outlaw, use the weapons I said here? Crux mh, glaives oh?

That would be no good, I’d suggest 2 glaives or main hand HOD and off hand blade of the unrequited

5 agil 5 crit

as for necks, if yuou dont want o lvl jc, you can go with necklace of the deep or the sso neck with exalted aldor rep, as the proc on it is quite good.
