you occasionally see a resto sham but they usually don’t last long
 
I played resto the other day and led an AB in dmg while also doing twice the healing of the next person. Not that stats matter but clearly playable...
 
there are few restos in the bracket but like resto owns

as a disc if i'm wanting to pug with other healers a resto sham is one of my first picks easily
 
Been playing resto since Vanilla. Have 2-19’s, 2-20’s, 2-29’s, 2-39’s 60, 70 and 2-110’s.
The thing about shaman is they change very little from xpac to xpac. Sure, they may get tuned a bit here and there. But, for the most part, they are left alone because shaman are in the “Goldilocks zone”.

He needs to be updated though.

always seeing few shamans in bg. all specs are mad fun. what you are talking about willys.
 
The statements are true, Ray Charles could top charts as a restoration shaman.
 
Well depends what u face tbf. If u face like 5 twinks i promise u you'll be happy to even be at the top with either healing or dps. Aslong as u are not getting focused ull thrive, but when u are its done.
 
Resto as stated is very good, OP even. It's a bit hilarious that these days you have multiple healing specs that are topping damage, KBs, and healing. Because, you know. Being almost impossible to 1v1 for most classes and topping the charts healing is not enough. Then again, I love playing healers, so I digress.


That being said, enhance is also quite viable. Not OP, but viable. I haven't tried ele in a while or seen one in a bit (Most are rolling resto), but I'm sure it's probably at least semi-viable.
