Are there any unique passive caster weapons useful at 60?

Hello,

Recently returned to the game. I've realised that when you queue into a dungeon - any gear that you find scales to your level!? Mind Blown.

So, this means that some passives aren't quite tuned accordingly when they're scaled to your level.

I was wondering if there are any good caster weapons available to level 60's.

Also if anyone knows of the BIS/top weapons for a 60 caster it would be great to hear about them!

Feel free to correct me as this is my current understanding of how items work right now...
 
Blade of Eternal Darkness from Maraudon and Book of the Dead from Stratholme (living) as far as I'm aware.

Nobody said anything about warlock's, he said caster.


Edit: And if you're only asking, no, warlocks cant wear maces.
