EU+US Green Dragonscale set (3/3) - is it working?

hello all :)

Seen mixed reports, are the set bonuses (2/3 and 3/3) working atm on live? Cost so much, like 30k for those 3 pieces.

Got the Savage Gladiator set (5/5) atm, the set bonuses on those are inactive so í guess Greenscale armor is BIS for Hunters now instead of scaled epics ( Stonerenders gauntlets and icemail jerkin, both ilvl58)?

So I bought all 29 green dragonscales on my server and am in the process of farming them in sunken temple. Holy sweet baby Jesus the drop rate sucks lol! I get about 2 scales every clear of the middle room.

Just wait until you go 4 clears in a row like I did and none drop.
