Ghostly Strike vs Quick Draw

What are people's opinions on the best Outlaw rogue talent?

I'm personally still going with weaponmaster for the moment.

Ghostly Strike - Increased damage for 10s is useful, but most things are dead very fast. This is good for opening on a healer/EFC.

Quick Draw - Your procs do extra damage and generate more combo points. If you need to quickly get finishers to combine with other burst to take down a healer, then the combo points are good. With damage how it is right now, I'm not seeing this as a huge draw.

Weaponmaster - 10% chance for double SS is a huge amount of burst. It also means more pistol procs. I'm more interesting in having the procs there more often so that I can slow when low on energy and a hunter disengages or something, rather than trying to kill them with fewer procs that do more damage.

The good news is that none are absolute garbage. I'd rank them Weaponmaster > quick draw > ghostly strike. But I haven't played around with ghostly strike too much yet.

Weaponmaster wins. i smash bg's. gun still procs allways

How are you debating weapon master over quick draw. Trolling or? Weapon master is like 10% chance to proc, come on now. Quick draw procs a lot, and it's a free pistol shot with more dmg. There's no contender really. Ghostly strike is just for trolls if u wanna do fat frag belts.

Are you gonna bank on that 10% rng for when it matters (i.e. going efc), or are you gonna get something that will get you something reliable while being well worthwhile?

Seriously? LOL.

ITS 10% INCREASED. on top of the standard 45%.

your math is wrong.

if it was a '10%' chance it would be 1/10.

its 10% increased onto 45%.

thus making ur sinister strike hit twice more often.

the gun goes off enough ^^

its 35% base, 45% with the talent

quick draw still outperforms it in every way

shouldnt even be up for debate

Am I right in thinking that Weaponmaster will help give Shadowfangs; and in turn Elemental Force, a higher chance of procs?
