Just to clarify, does anyone have a link or proof of Blizzard agreeing that the way honor level stops queue pops at low level is unintentional? I still have yet to see any evidence but I really want some. I'll look again now. I remember someone saying Rusks(I think?) quoted a GM talking about it but I couldn't find that.

edit: found this, but there's barely any attention drawn to this thread and there doesn't seem to be much else. not so reassured just yet.

I haven’t logged in a couple of days. Is there a maintenance scheduled today? Might get fixed today if there is.
Fingers crossed...

This is an intentional change by Blizzard but I don't think they really thought this one through very well. It's a pretty asinine change.

First of all, they didn't consider that most levelers are going to be below honor level 50. The results are anyone above honor level 50 who wants to level in BGs can't. That's a pretty big blunder by Blizzard.

And besides all that it's an awful idea to split queues between honor level 50s and honor levels less than 50. Honor level indicates player skill in PvP about as much as the number of quests completed indicates player skill in PvE; which is to say not at all.

Seems to me they're getting enough backlash on this that they should change it. But we'll have to wait and see.

They tried to save new players to the game from old in BGs. But what they have done is create a "you played Legion" bracket and a "you skipped this horrible expansion" bracket. I have people that want to Q with us but can't, it's beyond stupid.

I'm to the point of saying we should just all log mains and take the higher bracket and pray the times get better as more people hit 50.

Being above honor level 50 is no indication of PvP “skill” my friend. It is merely an indication that one has acquired honor on their account.
In fact, one doesn’t even have to have PvPed at all to have gotten to that level of honor. PvE World Quests easily give that much honor.

I really was hoping Blizzard would fix this issue this week so I could play my lowbies. Apparently they have.

he was saying that it was no indication of skill.

"Honor level indicates player skill in PvP about as much as the number of quests completed indicates player skill in PvE; which is to say not at all."

So he was, my error.
“Skill” is thrown around in the video gaming world as if it is some kind of God given talent.

[doublepost=1532521147,1532477248][/doublepost]Honor issue seems to have been fixed. I played a few games last night on my level 20 Horde and queue times were ~2 minutes.
