Its a nerf as result of ilvl squish on gear.
But it still is a nerf considering some pieces aren't getting nerfed in ilvl like old quest gear or boes
 
The same people crying about not being able to get ilvl 55 items on a 19 satchel, calling out 'rat', etc, are the same dogshits that wanted Entis sword kept a secret for their 'uber-skill' warriors, imo. Bad players trying to compensate for their shit play by having 'secret' advantages over other tinks.
 
another find in beta I have found that needs to be nerfed. If you take your 19 to that waterfall by the stv arena and jump in. you get an achievement and a buff. 60 agility/str/int. you don’t die anymore it levitates you back to ledge and you get the buff. enjoy
 
To be honest I’m surprised anyone really thought this would make it to live game in the first place. It seemed evident since day one that it was a PTR copy character bug and nothing more.

no, depending on what gear you have satchel gear may still be bis. except now you dont have to worry about farming everyhting before prepatch so that you dont miss out

No. I'll tell you a secret. If you sacrifice one of your twinks to the Devil by deleting it at midnight, all satchels on your other toons will be ilvl 100. Don't share this at official forums please.
