The monk has 4 set defias, Metalworking, 2x shadowfang, Gloomshroud, double Argas, Thug shirt, Black widow band and a few other items I am forgetting.

The 24 priest has Hotshot's and mechbuilders. Nuff said.

Edit: I know this doesn't count, but I did a duel BlackVenom Blade giveaway about a year ago. Arguably the rarest item in the game, and any 29 with 2 of them (or even 1) is worthy of being on this thread

a fortune. there are still players out there who collect items for the Rarity variable such as myself. But from a BIS standpoint its out of the question.

I mean, it's grandfathered. but if it isn't pre-cata, your GF isn't exactly worth mentioning. A lot of people just don't understand the point of this thread & are posting geared characters with no value or gold invested lol

May be true, but the entire point of this thread isn't built around difficulty to gear. Its titled MOST EXPENSIVE LOW LEVEL TOON. A free to play account could have obtained an entire set of titanforged invastion gear. I am pretty sure Shinyhero was aiming for people to post characters that are more an investment than a grind.
