Why not just respond genuinely to this updated thread since 99% of the information on this site is completely outdated and useless, and we have nothing better to talk about?
To answer the OP's question, I'd rank healers priest > sham > hpal > resto > monk.
DPS something like hunter > arms war > rogue > mage > other.

If we are talking 29s and not 20s (idk much about 20s) I would put Ret pala on par with Survival hunter

I got a hunter and I prefer playing MM
Got the best aoe damage in the bracket and single target is pretty good aswell
I'm basically always 1st or 2nd in dmg in BGs
