I was wondering if the Arcane Intellect +60 intellect buff is a bannable offense or not?? I've been told by someone that it's an exploit...yet i see a ton of people with it

Pretty much this, but then again. I try to level the playing field with elixirs, agility scrolls, 6/6 stam/versa food, bombs that stun for 2-3 seconds and 3000 bandages.
Now only if I had a nice 110 that'd buy me thistle tea and salt water.

It’s quite simple, you see someone with it. Make sure your entire team targets them early on in the game and focuses them down. Then you don’t have to deal with them anymore.

You know a player is bad when he applies 60+ intel buff, pots of Wisdom and Fortitude, food buff, black magic, drums, swiftness pot, and glides away to avoid death when he's being focused. He'll AFK once he does die in order to rebuff in time for the next bg.
This is merely an ego boost for the pathetic players who are dogshit without the boost. They need this crutch. You'll see this when they boast about their numbers and proclaim they are GOAT. Just report them and they'll be flagged. Enough reports and they'll be banned.

I think it's fine if people use it. Only think I hate is how hard it is for an alliance player to get the buff.

they can get another intellect buff but it wont be 60. Not even with Mc/Mc cap, whatever

In Borean Tundra, outside the horde base, there’s an area with spider-like creatures and cocoons. Kill the cocoons until there’s a mage npc in one, he’ll buff you with the intel buff.
