EU+US The Simcraft dps 'RACE'

So changed from night elf to worgen on my Druid mainly because I prefer the forms but also because the http://www.wowhead.com/spell=154748/touch-of-elune was messing with my min/maxing depending when I was playing.

Noticed when I sim now I have lost a 100 odd dps, I assume this is because of shadow meld rake and possibly the base stats. I think nelf has a 4agility bonus.

Have been working on my ww, using @Zokes monk as a guide and could not work out why he was simming so much higher with similar stats, no matter what I did even adding non existent gems to = the stats he was still a few 100 higher in dps. Changed to blood elf in simcraft and boom now was simming higher.

Tried every race for alliance and thought night elf(bcuz of 4agil) however was not as good as Pandarian.
Simcraft is not using a food buff because it dose not recognize bis food at 70, so I can't work out how Panda was getting the biggest increase given its base agil is minus -2 (I think).
pre edit: Unless it was using the monk specific food, but in food buffs on simcraft it had nothing....

@Zoke
@Fx
Have you guys tried different race combinations and do you think it actually makes a difference in game?

i wonder if 22 ap/sp >5% for 12 sec on 33% proc chance?
Assuming you get near instant procs it's ~20% uptime, meaning the racial averages out to +1% extra damage. It's garbage unless you can very consistently guarantee that it procs during your cooldowns.

edit:
I shouldn't say garbage. Just... Lesser. It's still better than some other races.

odd. every place i see the proc chance says 33%

Proc rate and uptime are two different things. The buff duration is 12 seconds and the cooldown is 60 seconds which means (again; assuming you get near-instant or instant procs) you have the buff 20% of the time.
