New to Twinking - Questions

Wanting to twink but not sure which level and spec to roll.

Any levels clearly the winner for being the best-most fun? Which classes/spec are the best right now? And which realm is most popular for twinking?

What Class(es) do you like to play in WoW? That will give you a better idea of what Class to start Twinking. As for Bracket, that's subjective. 19's [10-19 Bracket], 20's [20-29 Bracket], 60's (decently Popular, mostly for PvE though), 70's (a little less popular), 89's come and go, 91's (and 99's) are usually popular and finally 101/109's (101 for WPvP/PvE, 109 for iPvP). By no means are those the only Twinks active atm, but even then that changes regularly.

Lastly, FotM atm is (for the most part) SV Hunter & Disc Priest. That's not to say other Classes can't do well, but those 2 are stupid OP in most Brackets.

Welcome to the community!

Like many of us started off, I suggest you try out the 10-19 bracket :)

There are multiple guilds that will fund you a twink on Bleeding Hollow US (horde or alliance).

From there on you can see whether you prefer twinking with fewer or more abilities and explore higher brackets like @DeLindsay stated!

19s and 20/29 maybe 70. Every class is viable in the first two brackets I listed

79s will be the most OP due to ilvl difference and access to mastery. Pick something that benefits greatly from mastery. Other than that, a 109 havoc DH is probably the most fun. 29 ferals are definitely worth a look especially with Inc buffs. I still prefer my 20 affliction lock in that bracket for some stupid reason though

The brackets I find most fun personally is 19, 29 and 60.

Instead of asking what classes are the best, you should ask yourself what class in general you feel mostly drawn towards. At the end of the day, it's going to be more fun and satisfying playing something that appeals to you rather than something that facerolls.

Classes regarding 19 WSG (WSG because it's the most played, and the key focus in premades/plebmades/tournaments):

The higher you go, the better some classes start to get. All the way to 60, Arms Warrior, SV hunter and Disc Priest out-performs everyone else. However, at 60 classes like mage, warlock, rogue starts to becomes incredibly strong in their own ways.

Your tier list triggers me, so many things I don't agree with : /

Right before Legion when the invasions were out, I made a level 19 disc priest, and got the ilevel 34 warforged, but ended up deleting the character shortly after, regret that now. I did a few BG's on it and had fun.

I may try another level 19 disc priest, although, I'll feel regret for deleting that one, or I could try a 109 DH has someone mentioned; I'm sure that would be fun.

Did you try Self Restore Deleted Character your priest on the Character loging screen?

That leads me to another question. Is there a huge advantage in having item level 34 vs 24?

And would you all agree Bleeding Hollow is the server to make a new character on?

It is absolutely noticable, but not completely overpowering. I remember when I started gearing up my 19 Disc, I actually missed the fact that you do Alot more damage when wielding a wand. THAT was really noticable, especially since I had collected quite a few pieces of loot already.
