Me and a buddy were going to boost a few people 100-110 and we noticed that if you que randoms there is a 10min timer to reque after completing the dungeon. Are we doing something wrong or was this a sneaky hotfix? we noticed if we qued specific there was no gap I guess its just because randoms give the bonus xp at the end

Me and a 101 tested this, half way through he dced. But I think I may have found a way to cheat the system. After the dungeon I left the group with the other 101 and the timer was gone for me, I was able to queue random again.
 
Yea I just finished power leveling some folks not even 20 minutes ago so I think you must have skipped a boss by accident or maybe it was a bug
 
Yeah after my post I was running with a client for two levels, around 7 or 8 dungeons and didn't run into the problem once. We're still able to make bank :D
