We all thought legion would be great but i cant play this aids anymore. It literally feels like a moba and in no way is it balanced for low level brackets. Some classes and specs are pretty much useless and you have to play fotm to feel somewhat like a "twink".
Another thing is the fact we don't have the choice to use the old graphics, the new ones are utter shit so the game does not feel like it should hence why I have quit until things change.

It is quite funny when 7.0 came out that these self proclaimed "hardcore" twinks were actually stating how they would now see who the "real twinks" were. Since BGs would be based solely on 'skillz'. It is now them that declare that 'Legion sux'.
Looks like the jokes on them after all.

You mean before templated BGs where you had access to real enchants? Or rolling 29's/24's to gain extra skills ( don't pretend it doesn't matter, Rogues are only decent at the moment at 29 for example ). Oh wait you're talking about the 19s in the 20-29 forums for some reason? I think I remember that the 19s folded right after the XPoff BGs rolled out, and had to coordinate on the forums to even get games. But basically your question is kind of a trick question considering turning off your XP was a explicit action to put yourself in that bracket, so one would assume that no one would sign up without full enchants. Funny enough, the environment you laud is what we call a "level playing field" where all twinks have equal gearing, though there will still be class balance issues. If you are looking to experience a level playing field BG you should check out the 20s.

pre cata - levellers in random bgs (not level playing field)
cata to wod - emergence of f2ps and therefore 24 twinks destroying you by outgearing/outenchanting, and similarly 29s when brackets werent split anymore

(2) i totally love gearing twinks, thats what made me (i) start twinking (ii) continue twinking (iii) quit retail twinking
(3) you call it 1 shotting scrubs i call it being able to have a major impact on a game single-handedly w/o needing to depend on others. when ive been to the library for an entire day i wanna come home and mutilate asses in WSG lol
((4) this has already been mentioned above but xp off has been going on for the past what 3-4 years? and since wod (?) lower lvl players' gear have been scaling up in bgs which makes the whole 20 vs 29 (24) discussion pretty weird)

1) Gear enchants helped BM monk / feral just as much as you keeping their OP ceiling ever higher.
2) Can't argue with this. Part of the "investment grind" that attaches you to your chars. After they essentially negated my old "Lt. Commander" title from the original honor system I lost the desire to bother with retail.
3) Potato, onshot-scrub-o?
4) There are still definite advantages to the extra skills gained at max level for the BG group. Some are more class defining than others but it has always been the case. 24-29 Rogues have had stuff like Vanish, shadowstep, and currently blind while 20s don't. Nothing game breaking per se but definitely would be nice to have.

who cares about gear, legion is just boring. its slow, you have less utility and the difference between "normal" and "fotm" specs is as bad as in every other expansion
edit: and "you cant farm undergeared ppl anymore" is beyond retarded, the only 2 active brackets during WOD were 19s (with 100% twinks) and 20-29 (with like 80-90% vets/29s), people farmed because they played fotm just like they do now
