EU+US Hype? [Legendary Drop]

I'm not a theorycrafter i have literally no clue if this would be beneficial over the Legendary shoulders i allready have (yes they are 940 ones). Would they be better since they have gems? are gems active in BGs? Any and all input would be very much appreciated.

If you had 970 shoulders which one would you use legs or shoulders for IPVP?

I ONLY play IPVP, maybe a dungeon once every blue moon or so...

Actually i just realised ofc they would be better if i got a decent enough BOE shoulder to replace my Legendary one. Oh well. Time to make some gold.

I got these from the weekly world boss Drugon the Frostblood. Thanks. I haven't actually been killing a lot of world bosses this might be my 8th kill so... lucky me i guess.

Yeah i am starting to realise my luck, bought a pair of 840 Cyno's just to get the chance to equip my new pants :D

It's rank 20 atm, Yeah il most likely cap 2mil soonish i still have Timewalking gear to obtain (boots and wrist). And even later upgrade my 835 and 840 items... but thats long down the road.

On a totally different note does anyone know if you lose some of your AP if you respec your weapon traits? i really wish id gone for drain soul healing. I want to remember that the NPC said something about not getting all the power back if you do respec.

So far so good, i gained 4 ilvls didn't really lose anything... then again i only do IPVP and i have to admit i feel very powerful.
There isn't one class i cant beat IPVP and my healing seem really strong in IPVP if i keep up Siphon Life on multiple targets i can 1v3 or even 4 at times with the help of Gunpowder Charges ofc.

my warlock is ilvl 830 without 810 relics and also not having a legendary besides the BoE lego
