Here's my current character. I'm still farming gloves and bracers from dungeons and I'm going to get the slowest attack speed weapons later. I've nearly got 140 dark moon faire tickets and not sure which heirloom to get. Will it be slots I don't have equipment for yet? In order to get the boost? So trinkets would be the best?
 
So you should get a trinket, because you only have one available to you via marks of honor. In this expansion you need your slots completely filled to receive the standard amounnt of secondary stats in instanced pvp (bgs). Every other slot, besides your second trinket can be obtained outside dmf. You can get a necklace from marks of honor or from jewel crafting. You can get rings from jc as well. And finally, where weapons are concerned in pvp, the only stat that counts in bgs is weapon speed. You want the slowest weapons you can find. As outlaw it's not necessary to limit yourself to daggers. Good luck!

I'm guessing I go for the "Swift Hand of Justice" as I can only go for that or the intellect trinket with my darkmoon faire tokens
 
I dunno why people are even mentioning the marks of honor trinket. When you buy an heirloom, you can make an infinite number of them. Buy the trinket and you'll fill both trinket slots.

Then pick up either the chest or the shoulders. Theyre both the same item level upgrade over what you're wearing but the chest will be a better pve/world pvp upgrade.

thats 120 of your 140 tickets. Next month, youll be able to snag the other armor piece and probably the mace (for pve/world pvp)
 
Just wanted to put a note on the Stranglethorn Fishing Contest. It appears to be bugged AGAIN on US. It ends after 15 minutes.

I remember two weeks ago it went for two full long hours, allowing me to get the heirloom ring and trinket on 4 chars (I join WOW in Jan and only participated once before it was removed). Did not have time to get on the game during last two Sundays but I heard someone on reddit saying its bugged last week.
