US come play 19s, survs arent as bad. Also just want decent games

holy duck wtf? 19s aren't dead because of toxic community members or lack of effort in introducing new players. 19s are dead because there is LITERALLY no reason to play the games, as they are filled with levelers and not competative. I was left asking myself, " Why would I play 19s when I could be playing endgame RBGs at a relatively high level?" I couldn't find an answer to that question, so I did not play 19s. Many others have done the same. If games were competative and only xp-off, I bet people would try 19s again.

Some people can't and won't ever get it.

Maybe this comparison will work;

Imagine 19s as a large business. In large businesses, the only thing that matters is profit. If you don't bring something to the business table that increases profits then you're of no use to that company.

19s worked similarly. If you didn't bring something valuable to the table (WSG), you were of no use to the bracket because the bracket did not profit from your presence. Players with thicker skins and the desire to be at the top of their game were the ones who thrived. Weak individuals who couldn't handle criticisms on their work ethic (gameplay) left or didn't even attempt to get interested in the bracket.

Hell, this website were sitting on right now is a great example of that. Myrm didn't have the drive/want/time to further TI so Conq and company broke away, eventually causing a merge of the forums.





Anyways, all of this is pretty well irrelevant because the bracket will never be what it was. New names and faces will replace us, but the level of competition that existed will take years to rebound, if it ever does.
 
I love me some competitive games, getting 40-0 in rando bg's is getting boring already and I just started playing my 19 again like 2 days ago lmao.

I agree, if we get all the women out then we would earn alot more.
 
Entered deadmines solo lvl 10, finished deadmines lvl 15. I will be level 19 very soon im eager to see what makes this bracket so special.

Prepare for disappointment. The games are no better than 20-29. The Xpon XpOff merge ruined the bracket.
 
We actually had some fun games on EU earlier.
 
Its literally a handicap version of 20-29 .. less abilities, no mounts, smaller health pools, more undergeared players. Idk why anyone would play this bracket instead of 20-29..

19s are competitive or hardcore? Ok maybe at one point, but right now what you get is 60% levelers, 39% people rolling the current flavor of the month OP class and 1% actual twinked chars. I basically 'main' a 19 shaman, got almost full titan forged legion gear, the rock, all that ilvl crap but to say the 19 bg bracket is anything but cancer is way off. When legion dropped it was disc priests, took a break from 19s because that's fucking annoying, now it's survival hunters that can hit 1/3 of your health or instakill any random leveler.
